Therefore, there is neither a need for, nor do I claim to diagnose, counsel, treat or cure any mental health or physical disorder, symptom of disease or illness. Before your first session you will need to read, sign and return the Informational & Disclosure Statement. Once your session is scheduled, per your preference, I will either email or mail the Informational & Disclosure Statement to you.
